Finding and selling homes in greater Puget Sound.
You want me in your corner when it’s time to move. I put my clients at the center of my process, letting your needs and desires drive your desired outcome.
GET STARTED NOWWhat I offer
The average American knows 10.2 real estate agents. Many are terrible. As your agent, I see myself as your advisor, advocate, and partner. When you entrust me to find or sell your home, I put your best interest above all else to ensure you receive the outcome you are looking for.
A LIFETIME IN THE PUGET SOUND
I was born in Federal Way, raised in Kenmore, went to the University of Washington and live in Redmond. I have lived here long enough to still be salty about the Sonics moving to Oklahoma; I watched the Kingdome implode; and remember cars moving at the speed limit during rush hour. I know the region well and can find you the right home or buyer.
I’M DRIVEN BY YOUR BEST INTERESTS
Because I purposefully limit the number of clients I serve at any one time, I can spend the time needed to deeply understand your priorities and solve for them. Expect me to ask a million questions to understand both WHAT you want and WHY that is important to you. I will be able to best serve you if I understand your priorities and drivers.
SALES AND MARKETING EXPERT
My sales and marketing skills have been honed by decades in the corporate world selling to and negotiating with the most demanding clients. These skills are put to work to negotiate the best deal possible for you once we find the right buyer for your current home or the perfect place for your next home.
OUTSTANDING SUPPORT
I am driven by ensuring your needs are met. That means I am available to address your concerns and answer your questions when you have them. I am in regular contact with you during the home search, home listing, and closing process. You don’t need to be an expert in the process because I am also engaged, informing and coordinating ahead of the next steps.
CASE STUDY
West Seattle Charmer
Contracted within 15 hours
Sold at 48% over asking with zero contingencies
Closed within two weeks
It was time for my client to move on to the next stage of his life, leaving his city home for the quiet solitude of the mountains. He was anxious to get a reasonable price, with a clean offer, and a quick close. Working together, we were able to orchestrate a phenomenal offer from a fantastic buyer and a quick, painless closing. While it all came together in the end, preparation was the secret to our success.
HOME PREPARATION
The seller eagerly took feedback and had the house in top condition by listing day. He replaced the roof, had a landscaper clean up the yard, cleared out all of his remaining stuff, and had the place spotless.
MARKETING
I knew our ideal customer profile and focused all communications to this target. The house was listed on all the major home sites; there were full color, full bleed brochures inside and outside; and I had an outreach campaign to agents I was aware were looking for a similar home.
PARTNERS
Great photography increases the perceived value of homes and gets them sold more quickly. And the right staging allows prospective buyers to see themselves living in the space. I use fantastic photographers, stagers, and printers.
PROCESS MANAGEMENT
Selling a home is stressful. I help limit that stress by coordinating all parties behind the scenes, ensuring the details are handled, and my client is kept informed along the way.
CASE STUDY
North Bend Forest Retreat
Offer accepted on first attempted property
Mutual acceptance before scheduled offer review date
My client had been looking for just the right place on his own for nearly a year. I had been engaged for two months and we had seen several properties together but none of them quite fit. Until this one.
UNDERSTAND SELLER DRIVERS
Understanding the seller’s drivers and creatively ensuring those needs were met was key to contracting on this property before the offer review date.
CLOSE COMMUNICATION
Constant and clear communication with the selling agent was required to ensure the seller was comfortable and willing to commit.
UNDERSTAND CLIENT NEEDS
It was crucial to help my client think through upfront how important this property was, and how far they were willing to go to secure the property. This understanding provided guardrails and a backstop in case offer escalations were required in the heat of the moment. Fortunately, they were not.
BE RELENTLESS
I was initially assured the seller would hold to the offer review date. Then, our first offer was rejected without a counter. Over the course of the next hours and days, I helped the selling agent and seller understand the advantages of our offer and the benefit to accepting before the offer review date. Skillful negotiation and close communication brought this one home.
